1. Check whether there are any missing parts of the assembly. Formal assembly parts must be complete and intact to ensure smooth assembly and normal operation.

2. Check the geometric dimension for deformation. Some parts are easy to deform due to improper manufacturing, transportation and storage.

3. Check whether the joint is flat. During the handling and storage of spare parts, burr, indentation, damage or crack will often occur at the joint due to vibration and collision, which will affect the use of parts. Pay attention to inspection when purchasing.

4. Check whether the surface of parts is rusted. The surface of qualified spare parts has both a certain precision and a bright finish. The more important the spare parts are, the higher the precision is, and the more strict the anti rust and anti-corrosion of the packaging is.

5. Check whether the protective surface is intact. Most parts are coated at the factory.

6. Check whether the bonding parts are loose. For the accessories composed of two or more parts, the parts are assembled by press fitting, gluing or welding, and there is no looseness between them. For example, the oil pump plunger and adjusting arm are assembled by press fitting; The clutch driven wheel and steel plate are riveted, and the friction plate and steel plate are riveted or glued; The frame of paper filter element is glued with filter paper; The wire ends of electrical equipment are welded. If looseness is found during purchase, it shall be replaced.

7. Check whether the rotating parts are flexible. When purchasing oil pump and other rotating parts assembly, rotate the pump shaft by hand and feel flexible without jamming; When purchasing rolling bearings, support the bearing inner ring with one hand and rotate the outer ring with the other hand. The outer ring should rotate quickly and freely, and then stop gradually. If the rotating parts do not rotate properly, it means that the internal parts are rusted or deformed. Do not buy them.

8. Check whether the trademark marks are complete. The outer packaging of authentic products is of good quality, the handwriting on the packaging box is clear and the overprint color is bright.
