Stamping part is a forming and processing method of applying external force to plate, strip, pipe and profile by press and die to produce plastic deformation or separation, so as to obtain the workpiece (stamping part) with required shape and size. Automotive stamping parts mean that stamping and forging belong to plastic processing (or pressure processing), collectively known as forging. The billets for stamping are mainly hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel plates and strips.

A large number of cold stamping processes are used in the production of automobile stamping parts, which is suitable for the needs of multi variety and mass production of automobile stamping parts industry. In medium and heavy vehicles, most of the covering parts such as body outer plate, and some load-bearing and supporting parts such as frame, carriage and other auto parts are auto stamping parts.

Automotive stamping parts means that the steel used for cold stamping is mainly steel plate and steel strip, accounting for 72.6% of the steel consumption of the whole vehicle. Cold stamping materials are closely related to the production of automotive stamping parts. The quality of materials not only determines the performance of products, but also directly affects the process design of automotive stamping parts, product quality, cost, service life and production organization, Therefore, the rational selection of materials is an important and complex work.

1. Semi automatic and manual punch presses must be equipped with two hand brake switches. It is strictly prohibited to press with foot pedal or one hand start switch.

2. After adjusting the machine with high punching and normal punching, close the sound isolation box (except for the packaging of product 8065 during border inspection).

3. During continuous stamping, employees cannot take products by hand within 1m of the punch.

4. When the technician goes on the mold commissioning machine, only one person can debug, not two people.

5. The technician shall adjust the machine and feed materials only outside the machine, and the distance shall not be less than 1m.

6. The screws must be locked during formwork erection, and the machine shall be shut down for 4 hours to check whether the screws are loose.

7. When the mold has problems in the production process and does not need to be unloaded and is directly repaired on the machine tool, the power supply of the injection molding machine must be turned off first and the sign of being repaired must be hung on the power box.
