To solve this problem, first of all, it is necessary to adopt reasonable technological methods to improve the stress state of the sheet metal in the forming process. Secondly, it can also be solved by adopting rebound angle, rebound radius, die gap and other methods.

In order to ensure that the vehicle will not produce resonance and noise during driving, it is necessary to ensure that the cover has certain rigidity requirements. When the structural size and shape of the panel are not changed, the greater the plastic deformation, the better the stiffness. Sufficient rigidity shall be ensured. During the design, the stretching depth shall be appropriately increased, or the process supplement shall be selected to increase. The plastic deformation is increased by means of stretching rib, stretching sill and increasing blank holder force, so as to improve the rigidity of stamping parts.
