There are a lot of poor quality problems in the process of stamping production. Raw materials, process, mold and other factors are the important reasons for the poor quality. In the process of production and stamping forming, it is necessary to determine the causes of quality defects, and put forward corresponding practical improvement measures to formulate corresponding preventive measures, so as to solve and improve the quality defects, avoid the recurrence of corresponding quality problems, and continuously improve the quality of stamping parts.

Causes of poor quality of automobile stamping parts and corresponding corrective and preventive measures:

1、 Causes of defective stamping parts:

The size, hardness, tensile property and material toughness of the raw materials used for stamping parts do not conform to the standards;

Improper installation and debugging of stamping die before production and improper use in production process;

The working parts and guide parts of the die are worn because the die has not been maintained when it is used or stopped on the press for a long time;

Due to the impact and vibration of punch press for a long time, the fastening parts of the die are loose, and the installation position of each part of the die changes;

The stamping staff did not correctly feed the material along the feeding position or according to a certain die gap;

In the process of stamping operation against regulations, the production operation is not carried out according to the sopsip of the product;

2、 Corrective and preventive measures for poor stamping parts:

1. Raw materials must meet the requirements of technical drawings

2. The punch (press) and mould and other tooling and equipment used in production shall be used in strict accordance with the use specifications of the equipment and mould;

3. All links specified in the production process specification shall be operated in strict accordance with the technical standards (sopsip operation instructions);

4. Before production, the first part of stamping parts shall be inspected comprehensively according to the quality requirements. Only after the first part of stamping parts is inspected as qualified can it be put into production. During the production process, patrol inspection shall be strengthened, and random inspection shall be conducted for products irregularly. In case of any defect, the machine shall be shut down in time

5. Pay attention to the use of equipment and mould during stamping production, use air gun, waste recycling device, etc. to ensure the cleanness of mould cavity, and strictly implement 5S standard in the working field;

6. Adhere to the safe, civilized and 5S production system, standardize the placement of finished products, dynamic and fast flow of production line logistics, and standardize the packaging.
