1. Direct measurement, using measuring tools to directly measure the gap between the concave and convex dies. Due to the complex structure between the concave and convex dies, the measuring tool can only be used for stamping dies with a gap of more than 0.02mm on one side. If the gap is too small, it will be difficult Measurement.

2. For gasket reference measurement, insert paper or metal sheets with uniform thickness in the gap between the mating parts of the concave and convex dies. Use the thickness of the gasket as a reference standard to ensure that the matching gap between the concave and convex molds is even.

3. Light transmission method measurement, using light to illuminate the fit gap between the concave and convex molds, and judging whether the gap between the concave and convex molds is uniform through the size of the light gap.

4. Apply a layer of paint on the convex die, the thickness of which is the fit gap between the concave and convex dies, and then insert the concave die. This method is simple and practical, and it is more suitable for stamping dies that cannot be adjusted with gaskets.

5. Copper plating method, plate a layer of copper on the working end of the punch, the thickness is the matching gap between the concave and convex molds, and then insert the concave mold. This type of method is similar to the coating method. During the use of the stamping die, the copper layer can automatically fall off.
